Our Complimentary Consultation includes a 30-minute zoom meeting with a Specialist to determine your event dates, needs and review our packages below.
Our Bronze Package includes meeting with an Event Specialist via zoom or in person and providing a quote for up to 3 venues or 1 venue and up to 3 dates and the reservation of your venue.
*Can be applied to Silver, Gold or Platinum Package upgrade
Our Silver Package includes the services of our Bronze package and additional reservations including travel arrangements, transportation (air/ground), accommodations, excursions, team building events, venue, food and beverage, special equipment and more as necessary to ensure your event is successful.
*Can be applied to Gold or Platinum Package upgrade
Our Gold Package includes our Silver package plus the services of two dedicated Event Specialists assigned to your event.
*Can be applied to Platinum Package upgrade
Our Platinum Package includes our gold package plus the services of two dedicated Event Specialists ON SITE providing additional personal assistance and support.
Guest transportation, accommodations, meals, event venue and additional components are not included as part of the Professional Fees based on availability.
